PCI DSS 3.0 Compliance and the Oracle E-Business Suite

Credit card data breaches are headline news, thus organizations must properly protect credit card data or risk being tomorrow's headline. Oracle E-Business Suite implementations that "store, process, or transmit cardholder data" must comply with the new Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) 3.0 security standards regardless of size or transaction volume. PCI is focused on securely handling cardholder data, but also has a significant emphasis on General IT security.
